Set individual team member security levels as you add new members with the Add a Team member process (see details): 





Select a security level for each team member you invite:

 

  •  Viewer:   can view all documents and correspondence within the team. 
  • Contributor:  viewer privileges, plus can edit and create content.
  • Owner:  contributor privileges, plus can add team members, change team member settings and edit team details.

  • Once a team member has been added, you can easily change their security setting from the team details page:  




    Clicking the 'gear' opens the Change Security level widget:


    Once again:
