Select ‘Teams’ from the main menu to access your ‘My Teams’ dashboard

 

 


Since Finn's account is an ISP account (ex: Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo and so forth) all team members are considered to be external team members. 

 

 


Selecting 'Add Team Member' launches the process to add team members. Recall that in an ISP account, all other users will be external to your 'account.'  

 




Select a security level for each team member you invite:

 

  • Viewer can view all documents and correspondence within the team. 
  • Contributor has viewer privileges, but can also edit and create content.
  • Owner has contributor privileges, but can also add team members and edit team details.

System Confirmation:


When invitees do not have a Cloud Effective account, they receive an email message inviting them to set-up a Cloud Effective account in order to collaborate.  The message provides the name of the team owner and the name of the team they are invited to join.  



When invitees already have a Cloud Effective account, they receive an email message informing them that they have been invited to collaborate .  The message provides the name of the team owner and the name of the team they are invited to join.
