The My Goals page displays all the SMART goals that you own:
Personal and team goals with status and due date 
The next action for each goal with status and due date


From this page you can create goals, edit existing goals directly in the grid, or click on the goal hyperlink to access a the details associated with the selected goal. By using the drop down menu you can edit the goal, add a deliverable or a task to the selected goal and even change ownership.
