Choose 'Goals' from the main menu:
From your 'My Goals' page, select the blue '+New Goal' button located in the upper right corner.
Our prompt based goal entry form facilitates user documentation of SMART goals with consistent and sortable data fields.
Enter data as appropriate. If this goal supports a higher level objective, select the appropriate parent goal. Add a brief title or description to your new goal as well a specific, attainable statement indicating what you will accomplish upon successful completion of this goal.
Add the key metrics by which you will measure your success and choose a current status.
