Status indicators facilitate individual and team review of progress. Status indicators with colored background indicate ongoing or pending activity. A green back ground indicates progress according to plan. The yellowish background indicates a risk has been identified, and a red back ground indicates trouble. Status indicators without a background indicate activity has ceased.
